Partner with ZettaByte

Your clients need software. We build it.

Sell our products, bring us custom software projects, or both. You keep the client relationship. ZettaByte handles the engineering, deployment and support, and you earn 10% of the software and service revenue we collect from your client, for as long as they keep paying.

Who this is for

Agencies, IT and managed-service firms, HR and payroll consultancies, accountants, hardware and POS vendors, and independent B2B sellers. If your clients ask you for software you don't build yourself, this is for you.

What you can offer your clients

Our products, ready to demo today

Both are ZettaByte's own products, running on our servers with demo accounts you can open right now. They are not client deployments, and we won't describe them as ones.

Custom software

CRM, ERP, portals, mobile apps, desktop tools, integrations, automation. Bring us the requirement. We review every project and tell you plainly whether it's a fit before any work starts.

Two ways to partner

Both earn the same rate. The two names describe what you do, not what you are paid.

Referral partner

You introduce the client. We handle discovery, the proposal, delivery and support.

Reseller partner

You sell and manage the client relationship. We provide the product, engineering and technical support behind you.

How the 10% works

You earn 10% of net eligible revenue, less any withholding or deduction required by law. One rate, every partner, every deal type. Product subscriptions, on-premise annual licences and custom projects all pay the same. No tiers, no step-down, no rate that decays after the first year.

The 10% is on what we actually collect for software and our work. Money that is never ours is not in the base: VAT and other taxes, any tax deducted at source, third-party licences, cloud and hosting charges we pass straight through, hardware, and travel.

You earn for the life of the client. As long as the client keeps paying and you are in good standing, the commission keeps coming. Good standing means one thing: your partnership has not been terminated for cause. There is no sales quota and no minimum activity to keep earning on a client you already brought us.

Paid within 15 days of the client's payment clearing if you are in Bangladesh. If you are outside Bangladesh, you are paid on the agreed cycle once your banking details are cleared with us.

A one-time perpetual licence pays you 10% of the equivalent first-year annual licence, once. Not 10% of the sale price. A client on an annual licence pays you 10% every year, so by year two the recurring deal is worth more to you than the one-off. We would rather you sold the annual licence, and the numbers say so. A perpetual licence gives the client the right to run the software. It does not include source code and does not include the right to modify it.

If a client refunds, charges back or cancels, commission already paid on that money comes back out of your next commission.

Why ZettaByte

Three live client deployments, one under a Government of Bangladesh domain.

Zetta HRM and Zetta Inventory are our own products rather than those deployments, and they run on the same shared foundation of tenancy, permissions, audit and billing, which is why we can deliver new systems faster than starting from zero.

Don't take our word for it: open the demos above.

How it works

  1. Apply - tell us about your business and your clients.

  2. Get approved - we review every application and issue your partner ID.

  3. Register the opportunity - before sales work starts. A registered opportunity is protected as yours for 90 days, extended for as long as you are actively progressing it.

  4. Earn - 10% of net eligible revenue, less any withholding or deduction required by law, for the life of the client. In Bangladesh, paid within 15 days of each client payment clearing. Outside Bangladesh, paid on the agreed cycle once your banking details are cleared.

FAQ

Do I get the source code?
No. The software is built, hosted and maintained by ZettaByte. Ownership of client-specific work is set in each client contract.
A client asks to buy the source code. What do I tell them?
That ZettaByte licenses its software and does not sell source code, and that we are happy to talk about the licence that fits them. Then bring the conversation to us. Don't quote a figure and don't leave it open as a maybe.
Can I sell under my own brand?
For approved partners, arranged case by case under a separate agreement. Who invoices, who supports, who communicates incidents and whose terms govern the end customer all have to be settled in writing before we do it, so this is not something we agree on a call.
Is the partnership exclusive?
No. Partnerships are non-exclusive.
When do I get paid?
If you are in Bangladesh, within 15 days of ZettaByte receiving cleared payment from the client. If you are outside Bangladesh, on the agreed cycle once your banking details are cleared with us - cross-border payment out of Bangladesh takes longer than a local transfer and we would rather set the cycle with you than miss it. For subscriptions, you earn on each payment for as long as the client keeps paying. For projects, you earn as each milestone is collected.
What exactly is the 10% calculated on?
Net eligible revenue: what we collect for software and our work, less any withholding or deduction required by law. Not VAT or any other tax, not tax deducted at source, not third-party licences, not cloud or hosting charges we pass through, not hardware, not travel.
Do I have to hit a target to keep earning?
No. No quota, no minimum activity. Your commission on a client runs for as long as that client keeps paying and your partnership has not been terminated for cause.
Can I move the client to another provider later?
No. While a registered client is paying ZettaByte, you don't route them around us or hand them to another provider. That is the one condition attached to keeping the relationship yours.
What if the client is already talking to ZettaByte?
Existing clients and leads already in progress are not eligible, and neither are duplicate submissions. That's why registration comes first: it protects you.
Who supports the client after launch?
ZettaByte, under the support terms in the client contract.
